Dear Ladies and Gentlemen: This
correspondence is sent to be considered for a Site Acquisition Specialist opening.
Much of my background work includes a strong focus on telecommunications
development, including colocation applications, leasing and
zoning/permitting. I have nearly four years of experience with a
variety of telecommunications upgrade and expansion projects, including LTE
and 4G, for significant carriers and look to transfer those abilities to meet
the site acquisition needs of this position. When reviewing my resume, please note that my experience has provided direct
hands-on site acquisition experience in the telecommunications field,
starting with eight months at Goodman Networks. Here, I supported the
Site Acquisition team to build AT&T's Indianapolis LTE platform in
advance of the 2012 Super Bowl. Colocation application, leasing,
purchase orders, permitting and site analysis all were parts of this project
to which I contributed. My 37-month employment with Black & Veatch Corporation converted
my site acquisition responsibilities to a broader scope and additional
markets. My first two years here resulted in Sprint's record-breaking
build-out from 2G to 4G in the Indianapolis and Fort Wayne markets.
Colocation applications were assembled, zoning and building permits were
obtained and managed, easements were created and recorded, leases were
amended and more, all as part of this project. Also over this tenure, I
was involved in small cell development, AT&T TURF expansions in Missouri,
Kansas, Indiana and Michigan. I was also involved with site acquisition
for the AWS development for Verizon in Missouri and Kansas. I am ready to
take that logical next step in the telecommunications industry and to meet
new challenges in my professional life, confident that my skills can be
readily transferred to meet the demands of this position. I can be
reached at 317.490.8279 by phone or by e-mail at caryharnett@yahoo.com
to discuss this position and my experience in greater detail. Thank you for
your time and for considering this. Sincerely, Cary Harnett Cary Stephen Harnett 5425 East 20th
